You guys, when I tell you that Old Navy is amazing right now, I mean they are ah-mazing. Not only did I pick up this flowy top, but I grabbed this comfy striped tunic, as well. Although I’m interning downtown, it’s unpaid (sigh), so I’ve been trying to acquire cute pieces at reasonable prices – and I think I’ve been hitting the jackpot!
Although I had intended to wear this combo over the holiday weekend, I actually opted for this top with blue jeans and gold sandals. It made for such a comfortable evening, since it’s pretty lightweight and airy. However, I had initially thrown this on over top of these white jeans, but after my mom questioned, “who wears white jeans to a cookout?” I decided maybe it was in my best interest to stick with darker denim! I wouldn’t say that I’m super sloppy, but sometimes things do unintentionally appear on my clothing (and people don’t tell me…).
Speaking of white jeans, I haven’t gotten a chance to talk about how much I’m obsessed with these! I know these are nothing new to almost everyone, but this is my first pair of white denim and I. am. in. love… to the point where I think they’re the best thing to ever happen to me… I mean, they go with literally everything and I can’t help but wear them non-stop! I know that was like a mini-rant, but they’re seriously awesome.
Anyways, I don’t really have much else to say today. Work is the same and a bit exhausting, so I haven’t been getting much inspiration lately, but I hope you enjoy the outfit photos! I’ve been trying to brainstorm some cool ideas to post on here, so once I get some time I’m excited to start working on those projects!
I hope you all enjoy your day today and just think how it’s almost the weekend!
