Happy Tuesday! It’s so weird for me to type that, because I usually only post on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s, but as I’m sure you’ve all noticed – I’ve been gone for an entire week!I mentioned numerous times how school was coming up, and I somehow forgot how time consuming it was. I had zero time to blog. On top of that, once I reached school, we didn’t even have internet or cable (you have no idea how much that makes you function until it’s gone)! I realized I should’ve written them beforehand, but my mom calls me Last Minute Lauren for a reason 😉But, I’m back now and that’s almost all that matters! The other significant item on today’s agenda is this amazing printed scarf that I paired on top of my outfit! I so wish I could provide you with a link, but I bought it at least four years ago. What’s even more astounding is that I just recently took the tag off! Sounds familiar, right?I knew I loved this printed scarf, but could never figure out how to pair it. That’s until I stumbled upon Laura’s blog – Louella Reese – and she had worn a printed scarf with her outfit! She went with a more casual vibe, which I love, so I figured I would try the same thing and put my own little twist on it! I love the way it turned out because it adds the perfect touch and brightens up an otherwise basic outfit. It’s also got a super summery vibe, which I’ve been trying to take advantage of for as long as possible. Although I won’t lie… I am super excited for fall! Anyone else?I know I said I’ve been avoiding black, strappy sandals, but I just had to cave because these are the best shoes ever. I also purchased this cross body a year ago to wear out at night during school, and it’s surprisingly held up pretty well… at least I thought so until I was told to trade it in for a Chanel!
