Happy Wednesday, you guys! I’m so sad to say this, but I think this outfit will be the last remnants of nice weather for me. Two weeks ago it was unseasonably warm, so I took advantage of the weather and headed out to the Randolph Street Market. It was seriously so awesome – floors upon floors of so many vintage and unique finds. I ended up spending way more than I had intended, but I’m happy with everything I purchased, so it was definitely worth it! If you’re in the Chicago area, they’re having another holiday show this weekend, so I would certainly check them out! If you end up going, let me know because I’ll be there! I bought the prettiest pair of earrings and the most gorgeous pashmina scarf for such steals, and I can’t wait to show you all!
Anyways, like I was saying – I think we’re nearing the end of warm temperatures, but I had to get one more wear out of a summery dress and strappy sandals! I picked up this fun maxi from Zara a few weeks back, and it was on sale for $19! I figured the deep hues would make this an easy transition piece into fall, but I’ve quickly learned that Chicago weather is dysfunctional; 70 degrees one day, and 40 the next.
Either way, I know it’s a piece that I’ll have for a while, and when Chicago does have those random warm nights, I’ll be pulling this out and pairing it with my trusty leather jacket!

This dress would look so perfect for fall with booties and a cozy cardigan though! You look adorbs!!

Thanks a lot, Taylor! And you just gave me some serious inspiration! I’ve been trying to figure out how to keep wearing the dress, so I’m definitely going to try that!
