You guys, what a crazy two weeks it has been! I’ve been so busy and non-stop on the go, so I was so relieved and happy that my mom came down for a relaxing girls weekend! Since we had such a fun-packed weekend, I’m going to spending the rest of the night finishing up on homework, so today’s post will be short and sweet!
I wore this look a few weeks for dinner with my family, and it was during the time when mother nature couldn’t decide whether she was truly changing seasons. You might remember this poncho from last fall, and I’m so happy I can still get some wear out of it. Now that it seems like it’s finally Spring, I decided to wear it pair with my favorite white jeans to be more seasonally appropriate.
The neutral tones in this poncho make it easy to pair with practically anything, and add a pop of color – like a pair of cheetah print flats! I stumbled upon these at Nordstrom Rack (so many amazing finds), and knew I had to bring them home. The heels on my previous pair had worn all the way down, so these were a God send!
I figured this poncho would look cute with a small, but cute accessory like this tasseled Rebecca Minkoff cross body. I’ve been wearing this one non-stop, but it’s going to be taking a backseat for a while because I just purchased this Chloe look-a-like from Old Navy. And I have to say… I am in love.
Poncho: LOFT (almost identical) // Jeans: Old Navy // Flats: Louise et Cie (similar) // Crossbody: Rebecca Minkoff
Have a great week love!! <3

This cape is adorable, and looks so insanely warm!! Perfect for those transitional/confusing weather days.
Thanks, Olivia! I seriously wore it for like 3 days straight because the weather was so weird, but I just love it!
Aw so glad you got to spend time with your momma! You look so cute too – the poncho looks great with the printed flats!

I just love the outfit. Those shoes are to die for!!! I can never find cute flats let alone some with such style. Your fashion taste is awesome. I feel compelled to comment on the fantastic background of your photo. The lakefront is so cool and just sets out the outfit!! Perfect. You really have a gift for fashion & lifestyle blogging.
Thank you! I shot the photos by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and the cheetah flats haven’t left my feet!
