Cozy, but Cold

Well, I’m back… again.

I really do hate when I get on a roll with blogging, and then all of a sudden it comes to a halt. BUT, I have a good reason – I lost my photographer (sad face), and obviously I don’t want to blog without photographic content. BUT, I found a new photographer who I’m really excited about, and as you can see, she has a different style from my last one.

Anyways, I bought this sweater at Urban Outfitter’s a few months ago and it was on dirt clearance for like $25; obviously I’m not gonna pass this one up. I really love it because it’s got that oversized look like that I’m into, and it’s so heavy and thick for keeping me warm. Now, I’m not going to lie to you – I was freezing, freezing cold!! I don’t think I had ever been so cold in my entire life. I had originally planned to shoot two different outfits, but thankfully we were both on the same page that that was not happening.

Although I haven’t been doing this very long, I believe that the hardest thing about blogging… IS BLOGGING IN THE WINTER!

Something else about this sweater is that it’s super low-cut and revealing. I usually wear a cream-colored tank underneath, but I wanted to switch it up and give it a different flare, so I layered it on top of a silk, lace camisole I got from H&M.

I’m seriously hoping that I stop taking such long hiatus’s, because I love taking outfit photos and blogging on here! It’s for sure my outlet from all of my miserable classes.

Also, side note: My dog’s name is Kozi LOL (referencing the title of this blog post, in case you thought that was just a random fact).

Great sweater! Yes blogging during winter can be really hard! I tend to do a lot of indoors shoots during that time 🙂

Love the chunky knit sweater. The neutral tone also plays to the flat neutral tone of the corn husk field. You look adorable.

Also, sorry to hear your original photographer had to leave you. Just a thought…. get yourself a really good tripod. Just to have on hand. I have two photographers thank goodness but they don’t travel with me. I use my tripod when at my ski house up in Vermont. But that’s about the only time. I’m happy I have it.

Thanks so much Shoshana! And I’ve been considering getting a tripod just to have on hand for spur of the moment shoots. I’d love to hear any suggestions you may have!!
