I’m SO excited about today’s post! I am a huge lover of cocktails (you should see my bar cabinet), so compiling this post has been super fun. Cleveland is such a foodie town, and with that comes delicious cocktails – all of which I’m more than happy to taste test. ๐ Therefore, I thought it would be fun to round up some of my favorite places for drinks and views with this Cleveland Cocktail & Wine Guide. Let’s dive in!
Felice Urban Cafe is located on Larchmere, which is the cutest street full of unique, local gems. Their patio is to die for and so are the drinks. They’ve also gotten creative with the names, so I’ll have a Break My Mind stat!
Luxe Kitchen is located in the historic Gordon Square district, and is one of my favorite restaurants in the area! The inside is really moody and eclectic, but the patio is an absolute stunner. They have a really nice selections of wine and I love the cocktails, too! The Simplicity is one of my favorites, and you can even order it non-alcoholic!
Okay, I practically lived at Van Aken last summer (the outdoor space is perfect for social distancing) and it’s still one of my favorite spots this year! The area has a handful of cute shops and amazing restaurants in their Market Hall. There’s also a really cute brewery that sells delicious drinks, wines, and beers. I typically get a canned drink from the cooler inside or order wine from one of the vendors.
Another favorite and a complete stunner. I mean, look at that patio! Georgetown in Lakewood is one of the most popular places in Cleveland, and for good reason! They have an amazing happy hour, delicious food, and yummy cocktails. There’s an array of drinks to choose from, but no one makes a Paloma like they do! Every time I go I feel like I’m being transported to somewhere else.
Pinstripes is a really cool bowling chain, and a bit underrated if you ask me! This one at Pinecrest in Orange Village has been a nice addition to Cleveland, and their menu is really good, too! They have a nice happy hour which is perfect for a glass of wine on the patio.
I finally made it to Toast in the early spring and have been back numerous times since! It’s a super fun spot in Gordon Square and they have a unique menu. Vegan carbonara, anyone? But what really keeps me coming back is the fun cocktails – especially the Flying Tiger. They have a nice wine menu, too!
I mentioned Van Aken earlier, but the individual restaurants are killer, too. Garden City, one of the rare rooftops in Cleveland, is so stunning! The inside and outside are such a vibe, and the deck is so comfy with beautiful views of the district. Be sure to order the North Union (pictured above), and NOT the South Union. Just trust me…
Astoria Cafe and Market is such a cool little spot and has the most delicious Mediterranean cuisine. Think seafood, hummus, veggies and more. I love their wine list – especially the rose offering – and they’re cocktails are good, too! Plus, they’ve got the best market inside to pick up speciality items like different cheeses, oils, and more.
I stumbled upon Tribu Bar + Lounge on Instagram, and boy am I glad I did! The decor is totally on point, and aside from their delicious cocktails – it’s part of the Sacred Hour spa! Follow up your massage with a nice little beverage. ๐
If you’re looking for a fun and casual spot to grab a drink – look no further than Platform Brewery! They have several spots around town (plus in Columbus), but my go-to is their container ship lot on Lorain. Each container has a different theme and aesthetic, and comes with TVs for watching the game, too. It’s such a chill spot and I love their spiked seltzers!
