Hello, friends! It’s been a long time since I’ve posted – which is not all that unusual. I’ve always gone through periods where I lack the inspiration and motivation to post, until one day it finally arrives – and today is that day!
Last year I started my Behind the Blogger series in an effort to be more personal, which seemed to be a huge hit. So, rather than share one of my informational posts, I thought I’d dive into what I’ve been up to for the past couple of months!
May was definitely the busiest month I had all year, so let’s dive in:
Rang in 25 in Mexico

Two of my girlfriends joined me as I celebrated my 25th birthday in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and it was the best birthday trip! My friends had the worst travel luck getting down there and I was all set for an Eat, Pray, Love solo birthday – but luckily they made it! We had such a great time, as we enjoyed lots of delicious food, soaked up the sun, and drank way too many palomas. It was such a relaxing trip and exactly what I wanted!
Had a Fabulous Graduation Party

Many of you know that I graduated from my Master’s program in December – but with it not really being graduation season and my move to Cleveland, there wasn’t really time to celebrate. Luckily, my parents were nice enough to throw me a party at one of my favorite restaurants in Ohio City – Townhall! It was such a great feeling having my family and closest friends support me, and I’ll always be grateful for such an awesome circle of people in my life.
Being a Tourist in My City

My friends and I made a pact that we need to explore and see as much as possible in Cleveland, and I think we’re doing a pretty good job with that! My mom and I have been crossing off quite a few things, too. Believe it or not, but Cleveland has become such a foodie town and we have some of the best restaurants. Some favorites thus far have been Barroco, Next Door American Eatery (they have such a great happy hour), Rocky River Wine Bar and Astoria. Honestly, I eat out so much that it’s kind of hard to remember haha!
Anyways, I’m going to try to put more time into this little space of mine because I really do love it – so wish me luck!
Such a charming city indeed. Thanks for sharing these dear! Will definitely take note of these spots.

Yesss, you’ve already been to so many great spots in the CLE! I’m working my way through a Cleveland restaurant bucket list, & if you’re ever looking for suggestions/reviews, Bite Buff (www.bitebuff.com) usually has some good ones.
