Clothing with a Purpose

Is anyone else so over this bipolar weather?! It was near 70 last week and this past Saturday dropped to 25. Can spring just arrive and stay for good already?!

I mentioned last week that the only good thing about the colder temperatures is still being able to wear all of my favorite winter staples. Leather jackets, over the knee boots, and everything else in between!

You all know I’m a huge fan of the Randolph Street Market in Chicago, and that’s where I met the amazing and sweetest girls from NOVAA – an awesome ethical fashion line that is sourced ethically abroad or made here in the USA! Not only are their clothes super cute, but they have a beautiful mission and I’m so happy to support them. We often don’t think about the true cost of some of our purchases, but it’s at the forefront of our minds with the NOVAA line!

I spotted this gorgeous paisley dress, which was made here in the United States, at one of the markets and knew I had to have it! The high neck trend is one of my favorites, and the print is so fun and versatile – how cute with black strappy sandals in the spring?! I love that while I’m pairing this paisley dress with all-black accessories for now, I can easily transition it into a more casual outfit with a jean jacket and cute sandals… I’d even try it with white converse!

I think this paisley dress is perfect for date night, or a night out on the town with your girlfriends! The best part is that NOVAA is offering 20% off site-wide (one time use) to you guys with the code OLIVERSTWIST – so get to shoppin’!

I totally agree… this back and forth is too much! And thank you! Yes, you definitely have to go – but they actually have markets at the end of each month I think! Although I’m looking forward to the summer because it will be outside!
